Blip blip

Hi I've been doing slimming world for 2 weeks now .... Generally doing mix and match green and original days. First week I lost 4 pounds however today I've put back on 3!!! 5x a week I've been to the gym and I did have a complete chocolate fuelled blip yesterday but putting on 3 pounds in one week is outrageous and today I'm not happy ... Can working out put that much weight on in one week??? Help!!

Maybe by working out at the gym you gained weight as you have increased muscle tissue. :)
