hi all, looking for some advice. I work in a call centre and do a 12 hr shift on a sunday. i get a few 15 min breaks and half hour for lunch. On the 15 mins, by the time i get to the canteen ive only got time to grab something quick, this week it ended in mad chocolate binge
then i think, "ah well blown it now, start again tomorrow" and eat more rubbish.
We cant eat at our desks, and i usually need an energy boost after a couple of hours. Fruit just aint doin the job
any suggestions greatly appreciated.
