Thanks! Well I've had a good day & worked hard at Zumba so I'm feeling happy. I'm hungry today though which I'm not normally when in ketosis, maybe I'm not hungry & I'm just bored or something which always make me think of food. Will run myself a nice bubbly bath & take a mag in with me then have an early night I think
 
Well scales 12:0:2 so I'm hoping by Friday I really can have that 11 back. That's 3lb gone so far this week & 8lb since I started being good after the Christmas gain so only 2lb to go til it's all gone
 
Well another good day, cals at 1215 I think it was (some cranberry juice light took me over) & been at gym. I just count it as steps though so although my fitbit reckons 315 burnt I know it's more as I ran, cycled. Also did a little bit of weight work although I know that doesn't burn anything. Am hoping I may just see that 11 tomorrow but I thought that last night possibly but official weigh in isn't until Friday

I have lowered my goal weight by 10lbs to 10st 4lbs. I accept it's probably going to take me all year to get there but I'm ok with that it's a long term goal not a "I want it tomorrow" one. The only thing I desperately want is 11:7 back which I want asap
 
Well done on getting that 11 back, hope it hangs around for official weigh in! New goal sounds reasonable especially as a long term.

I just hope it's still there in the morning, feeling heavy tonight but I've had a good day & been to the gym so hopefully it's just all in my head! Well only about 8 hours til I weigh in & am hoping that I won't have to see that 12 again
 
Official weigh in 11:13:8 so 3.4lb loss this week. I'm happy with that although would have loved a little bit more with all the exercise I've done this week but never mind the 11 is there & I refuse to lose it again.
