I've just checked in my SW book and blueberries aren't a SS food??? I was 100% sure they were, anyone else thought this or is it me going crackers??

By the way - they are on special offer £1 a punnet in Tesco.

    Yum x

i assumed they were a speed food too, but we've probably just been brainwashed into think this by the media as they make out they're a superfood and celebrities seem to live off them.

They're meant to be very good for you and full of antioxidants. I don't like them they're sweet but taste of nothing!

ooh blueberries have a gorgeous taste but a lot of grocery stores get some nasty ones. The ones on offer at tesco at the moment are lovely big blueberries and they are lovely.

Not sure why they aren't a superspeed food but are really really good for you.
