Body Fat Percentage?

I'm a bit confused about this, I just used a calculator and took all my measurements and said I was 28% which was acceptable, but I rather think I'm quite wobbly and fat and should be in the obese category :S

I've never actually done body fat %. I've only done BMI. I find measuring my waist to be more inspirational
