ive done 20 mins twice so far on my treadmill and will do a couple more before weigh in im filling out the sheet i have to take it easy as i slipped over 10 days ago and put my back out i thought it was better till i went shopping at sainsberrys last night and bent to pick something up and my back went again never had this problem before. I was going to do some yoga on the wii but think id better skip that today lol
