Well its day two after body pump and i'm still in agony!!!
My legs are bad but my arms are worse
Just had to get the o/h's weights bar (the bar weighs 5kg!!) and lift it a few reps just so i can get some movment back in my arms.
Does this aching pain usually happen at first???
Or have i really pulled my mucles bad???x

When was the last time you did any exercise of this nature?
No offense but if you havent use the muscles worked in body pump for some time you are going to be sore. Imagine a car that is left in a driveway for a year, its really going to struggle once you power it up again.
If you haven't been doing exercise of this nature before you will ache at first but once your muscles become used to the weights you will feel much better.
I can only advise a radox bath and if you have a steam room and jacuzzi at the gym you go to pop in to relax and let the jets run over your achy bits.
