Boing-a-roo's Battle of the Bulgey Bits

Well yesterday was one of my best mate's birthday night out, and I was worried about what I would eat and drink but I think I managed some damage limitation.

It was hard saying no to popadoms, Naan and Pickle Trays and especially limiting alcohol but it'll be worth it in the long run!

Breakfast:

Woke up too late!

Lunch:

Pasta and Sauce
2 x Nectarines

Dinner:

King Prawn Tikka and Salad
Chicken Saag and Boiled Rice

Pudding:

4 x Vodka and Slimline Tonic
(The stupid bar had no diet coke or Lemonade!!)

Syns - I reckon 22, not tooooo bad.

Lunch:

Pasta and sauce
2 x Satsumas
Light Mousse (3 syns)

Dinner:

Roast Lamb (all fat removed)
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Sprouts
Green Beans
Mint Sauce (No added sugar)

Pudding:

M&S Double Choc Sundae (9 Syns)

Another Extra Easy day, a bit scared about weigh in tomorrow as I'm feeling pretty huge today :-(

Jacket Potato (only ate 1/2 because it wasn't very nice - stupid work canteen!)

2 x Plums and 1 x Nectarine stoned and halved and baked in the oven with 1 tsp sugar sprinkled over then served with low fat natural yoghurt (1 syn)

Weigh in today and I only lost 1lb which I was a bit disappointed about but at least it's in the right direction!

Yesterday! Before I forget, because I have deffo forgotten most of Thursday! :eek: Think I had an ok day though, had a chinese in the evening as I got home really late but what I had added up to 8 syns and I had been spot on for the rest of the day, plus I went to my Salsacise class so can't be too bad! :)

I've been rushed off my feet working, wrapping presents, seeing friends and wiping noses this week so I've not been on top of my food diary, I think I'll make a new years resolution to get back on with that as I can't see this week been any calmer!

Just been to WI and it's another 2lbs off which I'm really really pleased with as it's 'star' week and I was waiting for them to say I'd gained!

Lets see if I can get through christmas without doing too much damage!

Ok, I'm going to have to start this up again as I've let it slide long enough! Food Diary starts as of tomorrow.

Just been to weigh in and I lost half a pound over the 2 weeks of Christmas, not great but considering how naughty I have been it could have been a LOT worse! :D

I'm trying out the Kebab recipe on here tonight and it's not far off done and it smells AMAZING! mmmmm!
