boots wasabi peas syns?

    Hi does any one know the syns of these please or could work them out for me.. had 2 packs today as couldnt get lunch boots had sold out so it was these or crisps.....

    Why are there no free foods, when the main ingredient is peas?

    Because 1) they're dried 2) you're using it as a snack, not part of a main meal.

    No dried stuff counts as a free food. You have to syn all dried fruit and dried potato, chickpeas etc.
