Boredom?!

Hi everyone! Is anyone else suffering with boredom?? I would usually say only boring people get bored but that's also when I'm stuffing myself with crap!!
I'm finding it dreadful after work then exercise I'm soooooooooo bored and don't have the energy to stop bring bored?! I've had my boring moan now lol I just wasn't sure if I was the only bored person suffering :) x
 
Lol I am sure everyone has a unique answer to this question, but I do know what you mean - eating is often a big part of our daily routine, I mean for many of us we use breakfast, lunch and dinner as time anchors for our day and therefore when this is taken out of our schedule it can often feel like we have just long periods of empty time - the best thing to do if you find yourself bored is to catch up on all those loose ends and little problems that need solving - we all have that book we have been wanting to read, that paper that needs filling or just that job that needs doing! i don't really know whether it's a blessing or not (it doesn't feel like it at the moment) but I am currently doing a masters degree and a teaching course both at the same time and it is keeping me extremely busy... but in a good way I think as during the day I have no time to even think about anything apart from my work! I would love to have a bit more free time, I think I would watch lots of films online and catch up with all my friends or so lol oh and I don't think boring people ever get bored as they like boredom, it's usually the opposite! You can find peace in boredom if you search for it ;)
 
I know what you mean about trying to keep busy Bubz, I've been desperately trying to fill my evenings with something...anything to keep my mind off being hungry and picking. During the day I barely have time to go for a pee so this isn't a problem. However, it's school summer holidays in two weeks and I am dreading losing my sense of routine and being at home, alone all day long until my OH gets back.....temptation and snack alert!! I think I'll have to take up walking or perhaps take a blanket to the park and just sunbathe and read.
 
Yeah absolutely a routine change is never easy to adjust to especially when youron a diet, but tthat's a good idea to spend time outside just don't go sitting next to someone in the park having a barbecue hehe maybe now is a good time to take up a short term hobby? Keep at it as the end results are definately worth it. I jumped on the scales this morning and I'm over the moon :) all the best tovyou
