If you don't mind syning Mustard the i can recommend this:
I finely chop onion and poach along with the pork chop and some stock. Whe the chop is cooked set aside and reduce the onion and stock, finally stir through French mustard and pour over chop.....really delicious
We ended up going for the mustard and cheese topped pork chops with mashed swede and sugarsnap peas, it was one of the best SW meals ever! Really enjoyed it and defo recommend you try it! Not syn free but worth the few syns that are in it
I went out and bought some pork chops lol will be having some for dinner with mustard and tomato puree - maybe with a bit of cheese on if i have HEX left!! Yummy yummy!!
