To put it straight "I'M FED UP OF HAVING THE SAME LUNCH FOR THE PAST 5 WEEKS", i'm glad I got that out there!

For the past 5 weeks I've been taking lettuce, ham & mayo in a small container with a peperami and babybell.

Can someone please tell me some alternatives that I can take to work? I'm still doing induction with added alcohol :)

Anything would make a great change!!

    > Fry up some chicken breasts in butter, oil or garlic butter

    > Cook some sausages

    > Seraphine's coconut chicken (reciples thread) would be an awesome cold lunch

    > Crustless quiche

    > MIM or oopsie roll filled with whatever you want

    > My own personal favourite, a Joseph's pitta (4g carbs) filled with chicken breast, bacon and some mayonnaise mixed with some black pepper with some cheese crisps (cheese on a baking sheet cooked and left to reset - I like adding mild chilli powder). A sandwich and crisps on Atkins!

    > Homemade coleslaw

    > A different protein with your salad! Corned beef, tuna, salmon, crab, prawns, bacon, a smoked/flavoured cheeese etc

Thank you both for the replies, I think I'll have to try and make more on an effort for lunch.

I've looked for the coconut chicken recipe but the recipe thread is [email protected] due to it being 61 pages long! The search is not much better either.

Third post down. I linked it rather than copied because there is 2 pics on there as well.

I just cooked some chicken breast pieces, dipped them in egg and then covered in coconut. I didn't use the pepper and other spices.

I then had them with mayonnaise mixed with lemon pepper :D
