On way home, I went to buy a perfume 100ml beyonce midnight heat £ 14.00 from savers, got there it closed at 4 I was told 4.30,
So looked in B&M ended up spending £32, so much for saving money lol

Hope you managed to stay strong, but the miserable weather doesn't help one bit.

I didn't wi last week coz I knew I had gained , stupid I know , them eaten rubbish for the remainder of the week and this week plus totm cane and feel so bloated , well it showing a 6 lb gain since last wi 2 weeks ago I'm hoping some is water retention it has shown 3 - 4 lb in the past, oh well I can't brush it off I'm do annoyed wiv myself for falling off plan , I will get back in the zone
