I know this isn't strictly allowed... but i've had some bouillon today, i had two servings (2 teaspoons)... is this likely to knock me out of ketosis?

I actually thought Marigold Bouillon was allowed on TS I was going to buy some tomorrow. I am not sure now. I was sure I read it somewhere. If anyone knows please let me know :) x

Phew, I bought some on Monday and have had one mug a day since. Sort of feels like you're having soup, so is pretty good if you're feeling hungry I think x

That's how I do it, I think it has the instructions on the tub and I'm pretty sure it's 1tsp (it's at the office so I can't check). It's quite salty though so could maybe water it down a bit more depending on your taste

Mmm it is good isn't it. Almost like soup...I much prefer it to the exante one anyway. Might try adding it to the veg soup and see what happens

    great first week loss!
