Bovril

Some advice really starting LT on monday, not much of tea or Coffee lover; but i do like the occasional mug of Bovril! would this be allowed? 10 Calories per teaspoon, 2 grams of fat..Love the Site been on nights all week and spent most of it on here! the photo's are an insperation!!

Unfortunately the answer to your question is no. Bovril is not allowed at all.

The only drink that are allowed are black coffee, black tea (pure leaf only, no fruits/flower/berries) and water.

green tea and peppermint tea.. are good for a change and are allowed.. add the peppermint to ur choc shake.. its lovely

I make a mug of peppermint tea usual but leave it to cool then use it to make my shake in place of the water. I've had it when the tea's still a bit warm and it was nice too.
