Red Days bread roll / burger buns

silly question I know but I'm going to attempt burgers tonight and have saved up my healthy B's for a burger bun/wholemeal roll - are all "loose" brown rolls wholemeal!? what do you guys tend to use for burger buns? C xx

I believe some are 'brown' rather than wholemeal.

I use Asda wholemeal rolls - they're 55g each so as close to the 57g as I could find! I keep them in the freezer & just defrost as I need them.

Yep - they have to say wholemeal because brown bread/rolls are just the same as the white ones except the flour hasn't been bleached.

ah thanks for this! I did manage to find wholemeal ones! and the burgers were fabulous! - they were a pre packed pack of 6 from Sainsburys - I don't suppose anyone knows the weight of these off the top of their head? C x
