Breakfast bowl

Ok, I know I'm obviously fretting about refeed when questions like this start entering my head................but what is the size of a small breakfast bowl?

On refeed you can have a salad the size of a small breakfast bowl and since having problems with portions was one of the reason I ended up on Lipo, I suddenly realise I don't know what a small breakfast bowl is

Any way to easily identify one if you saw it?

I have such different sized bowls here and I used the smallest, which is one like you would give to a child. Its more or less a big handful, or if you could think of something like the oval steak and kidney pies, imagine the foil it would come in, just fill something like that size.

You will be filled up so quickly you wont want any more than that size the first few days anyway.
