i was very proud of myself today went out for supper and choose the healthiest options!

Breakfast: Salatana Bran Flakes (b) and fat free natural yogurt

Lunch: Fat free super noodles

Tiny glass of wine: 2
Fig roll: 3.5

Bite of cake: 2

Meal out:
Mozerella (a) and tomato salad

Tuna (b) necoise salad (green beans, boiled egg, pots)

Tiny glass of wine: 2

Total syns: 13.5

Really bad day for snacking today!!

Breakfast: bran flakes (B) and natural fat free yog

Lunch: jacket pot (no butter) and coronation chicken(maybe about 6) and plain salad

Supper: salmon, stir fry and noodles

2 x gin and slimline (5)

Total: 31

Weekend - hard to syn but tried to be good!

Saturday - Green

Mushroom stroganoff with brown rice

Bread and Olives
Pasta with tomartoes and chilli prawns/chicken (HE B)
Cheese (HE A)
Oliver Oil (HE B)

4 x vodka and slimline tonic

Sunday

Roast chicken, parsnips and pots (with fry light), sprouts, swede and carrot mash, bread sauce, 4 stuffing balls, cranberry sauce
Banoffee pie with mango, pineapple and passion fruit salad
Bread stick and cheesy bites. Smoke salmon tamasalata

Bad Lindt Day!

Today was going to be the start of a really good week - a final push before my Christmas Party on Friday BUT then someone opned a box of chocolate fingers and gave me a box of white chocolate lindt truffles. Now if they are there i eat them! i dont buy stuff if i know i shouldnt eat it but when its there i cant resist!

10 (i know excessive!!) white cholate truffles = 40 syns!!!:yuk:i also feel a little bit sick....
6 (i know!!) white chocolate fingers = 8 syns!!!

So 48 - i think a flexi day is in order

Breakfast: 2 small peices of brown toast and marmite (b)

Lunch: Chicken mug shot!

Move-on and start a fresh tomorrow. It is that time of year and there are always chocs in the office....:break_diet:

Hi!!!

Christmas has got the better of me hence why I have not posted for nearly a fortnight!! However I have TRIED to be careful and I reckon I have only gained 2 pounds so not too bad!!

I am going to be careful for the next 2 days and then have a flexi day on New Year's Eve. Then back to normal as of the 1st Jan 2013!!

Not sure I will reach my target by feb but we can try.

Did everyone else have a good Christmas?

Hi. Im a may bride so going to look at your diary for ideas if thats ok! I struggle to do my shopping lists atm as running out of ideas.
 
It can be hard to find motivation and new ideas for menus. I find the mags really good for new ideas. I think lunches are hard especially if you don't have time to cook anything before hand so you have to buy in the shops. Snacks on the run r hard too!

Hope you don't mind me stopping by...I seem to have a flurry of friends getting married this year..so although I'm not a 2013 bride, I will be a bridesmaid and guest a fair few times and want to look my best! So I've been reading your diary to get some inspiration as just starting back on sw this week!

Are you feeling reenergised since Xmas?! Someone brought a huge pack of Cadbury fingers into our office too and they were so yum but so naughty!!!

No not at all but i don't know if i will be much help! I am struggling to get back after Christmas and I've had another bad day!!!
