Hello, Well i started slimming world today and this is my menu. Hopefully you can tell me if im doing things wrong or if i need a slap or a hug... Will edit as and when Thanks for reading, Look forward to chatting....
Day 1-
Breakfast-
Strawberries grapes banana and a muller light.
Lunch-
Tuna pasta and grated carrot with a dollop of yogurt.
Tea- Egg n SW chips with 2 whole meal bread.
Snack- Some fruit & Curly Wurly- 6 syns.
Drinks- Diet coke
