bringing shakes to work

hello , i want to start walking to work bout 3 miles does anyone no what i could store my shake in so it wont go warm on me is there holders you can get does anyone no ???

You can by a cs thermos flask but not sure why anyone would buy one of those when any thermos would do the same job. I have one that's very small & holds just the right amount. Just fill it with iced water & make up the shake at work if you don't want to make it in advance.

your supposed to drink the shakes within a certain amount of time or they lose their nutrients...

are you planning to make them then walk to work?
