Brussell sprouts/carrit and Swede mash/cabbage

mint sauce (1)

snacks:
pineapple/tangerine
5 laughing cow light (hea)
raisins (3.5)

exercise: zumba

spent this morning sending stuff off eBay then spent all afternoon applying for jobs so hopefully someone will ring me hehe
tried alpen light summer fruits today quite nice but wouldn't go out of my way to buy them. are they two for hexb??? I hope so because I ate two...
had a sneak peak on the scales this morning and no change!!! hopefully it will go down for Thursday :) this ice is crap and I'm scared to walk to the gym so will be booking some classes for the one in town and forcing myself to go...
charger for laptop still isn't here grr

I'm really missing exercise this week :( like you I'm scared of the ice and falling! I don't drive so usually walk everywhere and feel flabby and horrible at the mo. I'm worried that I'm not going to lose at weigh in on Thursday for the 2nd week... X

I tend to repeat my food but going to make a new soup today carrot and coriander will let you know how it turns out :)

verdict on the soup... bit bland to be honest
added salt, pepper and loads of chilli flakes and it was lush :)
if I made it again I would add more coriander to it.. didn't add the fresh coriander because I don't like it when there is too much... but next time will add it :)
