Hi I just wondered do I have to take my body magic forms into weigh in as I've completed this award? I don't stay for meetings as I have my kids to sort out so I'm not sure what I'm meant to do???? Thanx

Yup, once you've filled out all 4 forms hand them in when you get weighed and you'll get your Award.
