B/Fast = Cheese Omlette

Snack = Apple and Kiwi Fruit

Lunch = Tomato, Red Pepper & Chilli Soup with bread roll. Fruit and yogurt.

Dinner = Roast Gammon, roast pots and veg.

HEXa = Milk
HEXa = 42g Cheese - omlette
HEXb - Bread roll
HEXb = 198g New Pots
Syns = Gravy (2.5), P&W (10)

My usual weigh day today and I have STS, which is ok I suppose as I did have a naughty weekend. I am changing my weigh day to a Friday mornings now so I have more time to recover if I do have a bad weekend again. So will weigh again on Friday and then update my signature.

Wednesday 4th August - RED DAY

B/Fast = Cheese Omlette

Lunch = Tomato, Red Pepper & Chilli Soup with quorn sausages and a bread roll. Fruit and yogurt.

Dinner = Tuna Steak in garlic and soy sauce with roast new pots and roasted peppers and veg.

HEXa = 42g Cheese - omlette
HEXb - Bread roll
HEXb = 198g New Pots
Syns = Sweet Chilli Sauce (2), P&W (7.5)

Went to Fitness Pilates last night for the first time...... feeling it today! Hopefully it will help me tone up my body.

Thursday 5th August - EE DAY

B/Fast = Berries, Yogurt & 1 x Alpen bar

Snack = Apples, 1 x Alpen Bar & Activia Yogurt.

Lunch = Asda Chickpea Dahl, Couscous and babycorn.

Dinner = SW Lasagne, green beans & carrots.

HEXa = 42g Cheese - lasagne topping
HEXb - 2 x Alpen Bars

Changed my weigh day to today, STS this week AGAIN!! I suppose its much better than putting on becuase I did go out for a meal last saturday and had a lovely chocolate dessert. Going to be really really good as I want a loss next week!!!

Friday 6th August - EE DAY

B/Fast = Quorn Sausages, Berries and Yogurt.

Snack = 1 x Alpen Bar.

Lunch = Jacket potato and beans and salad.

Dinner = SW KFC Chicken, BBQ beans, corn on the cob and SW chips!! yum!

HEXa = Milk - tea
HEXb - 1 x Alpen bar and 1 x nimble (for KFC)
Syns = P&W (10), Rum (5), Wine (5), Mini Milk (1.5)

Saturday 7thAugust - EE DAY

B/Fast = Scrambled Egg, mushroom and beans on toast.

Lunch = Tomato and Basil risotto with BBQ chicken. Mullerlight.

Dinner = BBQ food - party! Not drinking as driving.

HEXa = Milk
HEXb - 2 x Nimble
Syns = Wine (5), Sausage (0.5).

Was really really good last night. Went to a BBQ and ate SW friendly food followed by strawberries and yogurt. Only had 1 glass of wine and thats it!!! Feeling very smug today.

Sunday 8thAugust - RED DAY

Brunch = Cheese & Mushroom Omlette and 2 x sausages

Late Lunch = Quorn bolonaise on baked potato

Dinner = SW Chicken curry, roast peppers and new pots.

HEXa = Milk
HEXa = 42g RF Cheese
HEXb - 227g Baked Potato
HEXb = 198g New Pots
Syns = Sausage (1), Wine(5), Vodka (5), Mikado (7.5), Sauce (1), Weetabix (2)

21.5 syns left for the rest of the week, 4 days. Not bad!

I am aiming to have NO alcohol this week (well until Fridday anyway). Got 21.5 syns to last me until Thursday night, should be ok.

Monday 9th August- RED DAY

Lunch = Scrambled egg on toast followed by a mullerlight yogurt.

Dinner = Sausage Casserole, new pots and carrots. Roulade with fruit and onken yogurt.

HEXa = Milk - tea
HEXa = EL Laughing Cow
HEXb - 2 x Nimble Bread
HEXb = 198g New Pots
Syns = Casserole (4.5), Mikado (7.5)

HEXa = 42g Cheese - ontop of pasta tonight!
HEXb - 2 x Choc Weetabix
HEXb = 85g Chicken
