    Hello! I am been a member here for a few weeks and I am addicted, so I thought I would start my food diary on here as I have 16 weeks until my holiday to Australia and I want to lose 16 pounds!

    Please please comment if you see something I am doing wrong!! Thanks!

    Thursday 15th July - EE Day
    B/Fast = Quorn Sausages

    Snack = 2x Apples

    Lunch = New potatoes, prawns, tomatoes, cucumber & piece of SW quiche. Fruit and Mullerlight yogurt

    Dinner = Tuna Steak in soy sauce with SW Macaroni Cheese (strange I know but I am craving it)

    HEXa = 6 EL Laughing Cows (for macaroni)
    HEXb = 2 Alpen Bars throughout the day
    Syns = Splashs of milk (2), EL Mayo (0.5)

    Friday 16th July - EE Day
    B/Fast = Bacon & Quorn Sausage Sandwich.

    Snack = 2x Apples.

    Lunch = New potatoes, prawns and salmon salad. Berries and a toffee Mullerlight yogurt.

    Dinner = Homemade Fish Pie, topped with mash potatoe and brocolli. 1/2 syn roulade with strawberries & yoghurt.
    HEXa = 42g Reduced Fat Cheese (pie topping)
    HEXb = 2 nimble (breakfast)
    Syns = EL Mayo (0.5), Milk for tea (1), Pink & Whites (7.5). Wine (??) oopppsss

    You dont seem to be eating a lot there Hun. Eat more fruit and veg to bulk things up and remember to drink water.
    Have a look at the other food diaries on here to give you some tips as well.
    Try and vary what you have to eat too as eating the same things can slow your losses down.

    Good luck and well done for keeping a diary!

    I have a big bottle of water by my desk and I always refill it at least twice a day so I am drinking enough..... I hope!

    Thanks for your comment, will try and fit more F&V in where I can. ;)

    Saturday 17th July - EE Day
    B/Fast = 2 x Sausages, scrambled egg, beans and mushrooms.

    Lunch = Chickpea dahl and couscous. Strawberries and toffee WW yogurt.

    Dinner = SW KFC Chicken, SW chips, BBQ Beans and corn on the cob. 1/2 roulade, fruit & yoghurt.

    HEXa = 350ml Milk
    HEXb = 2 x nimble (for KFC chicken coating)
    Syns = Sausages (1). Vodka (10)

    B/Fast = 2 x Sausages, mushroom and cheese omlette.

    Lunch = Mackeral in spicy tom sauce with large salad and baked pot

    Dinner = Stafaldo with rice and salad (resaturant).

    HEXa = 350ml Milk
    HEXa = 42g Cheese
    HEXb = 227g Baking Pot
    HEXb - 198g New Pots
    Syns = Sausages (1.5) Booze ???? NAUGHTY NIGHT

    Had a really bad day yesterday, not with food though....alcohol!!! Naughty. Had to have an EE day today as feeling a bit delicate and need comfort food like chickpea dahl!!!

    Monday 19th July - EE Day
    B/Fast = 2 x Quorn Sausages & Omlette

    Lunch = Chickpea dahl, couscous and babycorn.

    Dinner = Smoked Cod Fillet, new potatoes & Veg. 1/2 syn roulade, fruit and yoghurt.

    HEXa = 6 EL Laughing Cow
    HEXb = Didnt have it today ...oopppss!
    Syns = Splashes of milk (1.5)

    Dinner = Haddock & Cod fillets, veg and new pots. 1/2 syn roulade, fruit & yoghurt.

    HEXa = 42g Cheese - omlette
    HEXb = 198g New Pots
    HEXb - 198g New Pots

    Weigh day today and I lost 2 pounds!! On target for my 1 pound a week for 16 weeks. :p

    Wedneady 21st July - EE Day
    B/Fast = 2 x Quorn Sausages

    Snack = Apples, Alpen Bars

    Lunch = Salmon & Prawn salad with new potatoes. Pineapple pieces and mullerlight.

    Dinner = Quorn Bolognaise with spaghetti and green beans.

    HEXa = 42g Cheese (for spaghetti)
    HEXb = 2 Alpen Bars
    Syns = Pink & Whites (7.5), Wine (5), Curly Wurly (6), Mayo (1), Milk (0.5)
    Total Syns = 20 oooppssss!
    Left for the week = 50

    TOTAL SYNS = 4

    Lunch = Leftover quorn bolognaise, pasta and veg. Mixed berries & Mullerlight.

    Dinner = Salmon in sweet chilli, roasted veg and new pots. Roulade, strawberries & yoghurt.

    HEXa = 350ml Milk - tea
    HEXa = Probably not have anything.
    HEXb = 100g Wholemeal Pasta
    HEXb - 198g New Pots
    Syns = Sweet Chilli Sauce (1), Pink & Whites (7.5), Vodka (2.5)
    Total syns = 11

    B/Fast = 1 x Sausage, scrambled egg, beans and mushrooms on toast.

    Lunch = Tomato Risotto, mixed beans and piece of fish.

    Dinner = Paprika Chicken Casserole, Cheesy Mash and carrots. Roulade, fruit & yoghurt.

    HEXa = 6 EL Laughing Cow (for mash)
    HEXb = 2 x nimble
    Syns = Sausages (0.5). Vodka (25!), Curly Wurly (6)..... well lets just say I was WELL OVER SYNS TODAY!!!! Start a fresh tomorrow.

    B/Fast = 1 x Sausage, scrambled egg, beans and mushrooms on toast.

    Lunch = Chickpea Dahl, Couscous and peas.

    Dinner = Pork Shanks, Roast Potatoes, Brocolli & Carrots. Roulade, fruit & yoghurt.

    HEXa = Milk - for tea
    HEXb = 2 x nimble
    Syns = Sausages (0.5). Vodka = (5), Wine (10), Pink & Whites (7.5). Baileys (8) - DOH!

    Another bad day for drinking syns. Feeling a bit low at the moment so needed a drink!!! Didnt have anything naughty to eat though!!!

    Weigh day and I STS. Bit upset BUT I did go over my syns so better to STS than put on. Here is to a good week!!!

    Wednesday 28th July - RED DAY
    B/Fast = Quorn Sausages

    Snack = Apple and 2 x kiwi fruit

    Lunch = Prawn Mayo Salad with SW Quiche. Pineapple Pieces & Mullerlight.

    Dinner = Chicken wrapped in bacon with new pots and veg.

    HEXa = 350ml Milk - tea
    HEXa = 6 Laughing Cow Cheeses
    HEXb = 2 Nimble (to go with lunch)

    Had a good day yesterday even though I was in a horrible mood after STS on the scales! Managed to stay away from wine and chocolate and only had 6 syns last night! Feel smug today so treating myself to an EE day.

    Thursday 29th July - EE DAY

    B/Fast = Weetabix with strawberries & Yogurt

    Snack = Apple and 2 x kiwi fruit

    Lunch = Prawn Mayo Salad with SW Quiche and jacket potatoe. Pineapple Pieces & Mullerlight.

    Dinner = Tuna steak with stir-fry noodles and veg.

    HEXa = 350ml Milk
    HEXb = 2 x Weetabox
    Syns = Mayo (0.5), P&W (2.5), Cake (6), Oyster Sauce (3)

    Snack = Pineapple Pieces with Yogurt and kiwi fruit.

    Lunch = Jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad with sweetcorn.

    Dinner = Homemade SW Fish Pie (Jamie Oliver) with green beans.

    HEXa = 42g Cheese (in pie)
    HEXb = 2 x Nimble Bread
    Syns = Tomato Sauce (0.5), LCow Cheese (1), Curly Wurly (6), Wine (15), Vodka (2.5)

    Going out for a meal tonight so will try and make good choices but..... might not!!!

    Saturday 31st July 2010

    B/Fast = Cheese and mushroom Omlette with beans and sausage

    Lunch = Tomato and Basil Risotto with chicken

    Dinner = MEAL OUT - Chicken wrapped in bacon with spicy tomato/pepper sauce. Followed by chocolate brownie and ice cream (BUG YUM!).

    HEXa = Milk/Cheese
    HEXb = 2 x Alpen Bars
    Syns = Sausage (0.5), Dessert (??), 2 x Cocktails (??), Pint of Cider (12), Vodka (10).
    Total = ...... not going to bother to count but I suppose being able to list what I had was very good!

    Not even going to put Sundays menu on here. Was very good for breakfast and lunch but went to a Harbour Festival and had oriental noodles from a stall with a bottle of cider. Then got home and had half a tub of pringles and a bag (big bag) of malteasers!! Could have been alot worse I suppose!!! but was yummy!! :p

    Monday 2nd August - GREEN DAY

    B/Fast = Weetabix with fruit and yogurt

    Snack = Alpen bars

    Lunch = Leftover Mixed Bean Chilli, Rice and veggies. Pineapple Pieces with Yogurt.

    Dinner = Tagalitelle, Quorn Meatballs and spciy tomato sauce

    HEXa = Milk
    HEXa = 42g Cheese
    HEXb - 2 x Weetabix
    HEXb = 2 x Alpen Bars
    Syns = Mikados (15), Wine (5), Bodka (2.5) - oh well, it was my anniversary. Will be good tomorrow!
