    I'm on my first week? day 5! It's my first weigh in on Tuesday.

    I wouldn't mind buddying up, the more the merrier ?

    Why is it sometimes it just clicks & other times you just can't get your head round it?!,
    Tomorrow is a new day & keep trying to remember that nice feeling after a few days of being on plan!, x

    I know what you mean about sometimes it clicks and other times it doesn't. I think you have to be in the right frame of mind to do the diet to battle off temptation and cravings.

    I'm on day 5 but yesterday and today for me have been the hardest so far! I have craved meat for two days lol not giving in though!

    We have to remember nothing tastes as good a skinny feels ! Haha ? we can do it !

    Yeah totally agree about being in the right frame of mind!,
    I've done slimming world for years & lost 5st (pregnancy weight!!) but always struggle with the temptation of food & eat for the sake of it that's why I changed to cambridge & lost almost 1st but that went back on!,
    I have the 40 3weeks today & would love to lose at least 10lbs!, x

    I too have done slimming world then Cambridge then back to slimming world and now I'm back on the Cambridge diet for the last time! I'm not giving in!
    I've always been "bigger" but when I got weighed this time I got a shock as it's the biggest I have ever been :( (18st 4lbs) I can't wait for Tuesday to see how much I have lost fingers crossed its a lot :)
    It's my 25th birthday in March, so I want to lose as much as I can for that! I would love to be in the 14st range ( a little unrealistic I know but I'm going to try)

    Hi all! I'd like some buddies! I'm on day 7 at the moment and feeling much better than I was earlier on in the week. My head was so fuzzy on Wednesday I just went to bed straight from work! After day 5/6 it gets easier though and now I feel really energetic and not hungry at all! I had my first weigh in on Friday - 7lbs! Very happy with that! :)

    I don't think you getting to the 14st range is unrealistic J, I know it's really hard but if you stick with it you'll get there! You are right to focus on smaller goals like a target weight for your birthday :)

    Well I've been on plan 100% today, so hard when cooking dinner & making packed lunches for family though, I must be strong lol!!,

    Hi girls :)

    I've had not a great day but an ok one. I've struggled with my water today and I've only drank 2ltrs .

    I can't wait for tomorrow to see how much I have lost! Hope it's a big number to keep me motivated! I also can't wait till the will power gets stronger and I find it easy again :)
    Currently in bed feeling sorry for myself with a hot water bottle ( it takes the hunger away)

    I will defiantly keep you updated with how much I lose tomorrow :)

    Hi I'm starting in a couple of weeks but will be on here everyday reading through all the diaries and getting myself prepared to be back on Cambridge until then :) I really can't wait to get going but got to wait til payday. I'm so jealous of you all getting stuck in already lol never thought I'd ever say that about being on this diet, but just wanna start losing weight again!

    Just got back for my weigh in and I have lost 11lbs!! :) think I'm still in shock!

    Now I have just got to battle with" well I have lost 11lbs having a treat won't harm!"

    How are yous getting on?
