I need to keep on track and i hope that posting a food and exercise diary will help me. I am startinh this week with Success Express to try and give me a boost.

I think my other problem is I am now not planning my days meals or writing down my syns i have eaten.

So, i will forget what i have done and start afresh, my first target 14lb!

1 Day down, i managed it ok yesterday, quite differcult to get your head round once you have been doing the red and orignal for so long though.

I did find that i was more hungry as you only have a 3rd of the plate with free food and the rest is superfree.

I do find SE hard, I will try it next week but will need to make my grocery list from my books :) Good luck honey!!

Sm1d, i struggled with it last week and decided to try and get back to basics with the normal SW plan. This week i am trying success Express and finding it differcult to get my head round really. I have messed it up today but still stuck to a green day and my syns have been low too. Oh well, tomorrow is another day!
