Sez I'm so pleased things are on the move again for you!
I just wanted to clarify the PH capsule thing. Are they allowed to just be swallowed in capsule form? I'm sure I read on here some time back that they're not - maybe I got that wrong?
I'm having a few problems myself - nothing too major or painful but would like to be a little more regular. Took a Dulcolax yesterday with some success, but if there was a regularity miracle cure I'd be taking it. Sure it's why my loss was a bit on the low side this week.
