    I wanted to jump up and down this morning, but the OH wouldn't understand! LOL
    I'm on day 4 today, having been 100% through 3 days and the wobbly "I want to eat" thought and this morning I am fully in ketosis. Happy happy happy. Please share you happy morning story to keep us all going through the day!

    Positive thought of the day... "nothing tastes as good as slim feels"

    Stinky mouth, shakes, sore head... yuck yuck yuck! Can't wait to get to sleep and wake up feeling better. All means it's working though! :D

    Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lunchtime foody smells getting to me! I thought my day 3 would be poo, but turns out my day 4 is! Nevermind push through peeps xx

    Thanks ladies. It has gotten easier today. I ate my lunch a wee bit later as didn't feel hungry.
    Question for you - I have been getting pins and needles in my hand. I've woken up with it twice and I've got it again now at work. Is that normal?
