I reached target about 6weeks ago and seem to have completely fallen off the wagon, I'm home alone :( and have just got a new job! So tomorrow is the day! Back to weigh in and time to start up a food diary!

I have become a complete chocolate monster (again) and need a few ideas of yummy items to use as syns which don't tend to include much chocolate as i'm worried about my self restraint lately.
So far i've bought in some jelly, but my main shop will be tomorrow after weigh in.

Please feel free to comment on my diarys, as all opinions will be greatly helpful.

Day 1:
B- banana and carrot sticks
L- Mediterranean pasta n sauce with added, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, pepper, and a morrisons sausage (1/2) followed by an Apple.

So far so good been for a walk on the beach too!
