Hello,

I have just cut a butternut squash to make some zeo point chips. My husband wont eat them and there is too much there for one. Can I freeze them (raw and unseasoned)? If so how to I then cook them when I want them again? Do I need to thaw them before cooking?

Thank you

I would suggest freezing flat on a tray, once frozen bag them up into portions and then just cook from frozen when needed. If you freeze them to start with in bags they will all stick together and then crack when u try to separate them! X
