Get the oven hot. I usually do 200 degrees. Cut it into inch cubes, spritz with fry light, sprinkle over paprika and garlic powder, salt and pepper and roast until soft on the inside and crisps on the outside. Usually about 30-45 mins. I don't point fry light so it's a 0pp side! Yum!

oh yummy thanks for that it sounds great, i suppose I could try and make chips as well it would save me loads of points x
