Just a little tip that I do for my baked spuds is I use foil, pierce the potatoe, then I spray butter frylite onto the foil, place the potatoe on top then couple sprays on top, then wrap the foil. Makes the skin lovely and buttery. You can spray it on the potato too!

I have even sprayed frozen veg with it before I microwave steam it!

They better not stop making it or I will sulk lol.
