Bye bye baby belly!!

Had a yummy mixed grill last night so few syns for oil but pretty harmless. There was so much that I brought half home for my dinner tonight! Did treat myself to a garlic naan & an onion bahji but I won't be over my syns for the week so that's ok.

Friday: (already!!)

B - apple & Alpen light

L - hmmm mugshot maybe with carrot sticks

D - tandoori meat with rice & salad

S - Alpen light, options (2 syns. & hexa milk), apple, freddo (5 syns)

Movie night with hubby tonight, going to a friends tomorrow pm for a Barbados themed afternoon (they honeymooned there recently & want to try & recreate some of the food!) . Off to Worcester Sunday to see some other friends, swimming with Ells Monday morning then chilling & ironing in the afternoon. Pretty busy!! What about you ? xx
 
Ooh sounds like a fab long weekend! I'm out with the girls tonight - just for dinner and a few drinks but not a late one. Then we've got friends staying for the weekend, all centred around Dave and his gang cycling 100 miles to Dover on Sunday as part of their training for a Box Hill to Brussels ride they're doing in July. Looking forward to it - should be the right mix of chilled and fun :D xxx
 
Saturday :

B - lacking a bit of fruit at the moment so think it'll be an apple

L - 1/2 packet pasta'n'sauce with hexa cheese, sweetcorn. & broccoli

D - going to afternoon tea at a friends so sure there will be lots of yummy treats but I shall be armed with fruit and it won't hurt my syns to have a teeny tiny scone. I did blitz the house yesterday so that's lots of body magic. :)

Saturday , Sunday & Monday were mostly on plan, there was most definitely no eating of toffee sponge. & custard.......

Tuesday:

L - jacket with hexa cheese. & salad

D - chicken in maggies marinade (2 syns) with rice & veg

S - Alpen light (1/2 hexb), melon, freddo (5 syns)
 
Wednesday:

B - Alpen light (1/2 hexb)

L - sliced roast pork with salad. & 1 syn salad cream

D - chicken, new potatoes & veg. 2 syns for seasoning on chicken.

S - tbc!!
 
Thursday: trying a red day today!

D - carbonara (x2 hexb pasta, x2 hexa cheese)

S - freddo (5), Lindt chick (3),
 
Friday:

L - jacket potato with beans, salad & hexa cheese

D - chicken in maggi marinade. (2 syns) with rice & vegetables

Hello gorgeous, hope all's going well. Your food is sounding lush this week! xxx

I have had the mother of all sweet tooths this week so been very hard to keep within syns.

Just blitzed the house as per my usual Friday routine and I would normally reward myself with a freddo but I'm opting for a nice sweet pear instead. Not the same but will save my syns for later :)

Scales are still showing 11.4, hoping that'll change by Monday....

L - jacket potato with cheese (hexa1) & beans & salad

D - pitta bread (hexb1) topped with mozzarella (hexb2), tomato & sweetcorn. Side salad & sweet potato discs. Possibly 1 syn salad cream.

S - wafer snack (3 syns), apple, melon, popcorn. (5 syns)
 
Tuesday:

Ended up having 2/3 pasta'n'sauce for my dinner last night as hubby worked late so having pitta pizza tonight instead! Used my other hexb with another Alpen light.

B - mango, melon & pineapple

L - 1/3 pasta'n'sauce with 1/2 hexa cheese & salad

D - pitta bread pizza (hexb) with 1.5 hexa cheese, salad & sweet potato discs

S - apple, melon, snack wafer. (3 syns), freddo (5 syns)
 
Wednesday:

B - melon, satsuma

L - chicken with vegetables, new potatoes & 2 syns gravy

D - chicken wrapped in bacon with 2 syns BBQ sauce, rice & salad

Feeling a bit reflective this evening and have decided to rethink some of my goals, I'm not going to be able to lose 9lb by the end of June so I would just like to be in the 10's by then (2.5lb to go!).

I have set my final date back to my daughter's 1st birthday, if I can wear a pair of size 10 jeans to her birthday party (and be able to breathe in them!) I will be a very very happy mummy :)

I haven't been this light in years and it feels amazing, only 9lb to go!!!!!
