Thanks my lovely, spent most of the day with my mum and inlaws but it was really nice :)

I lost an lb this week so happy with that, I'm really flakey at the moment and can't seem to stay 100% on track for a whole week. I still want to lose at least another stone, 18lb ideally but keep having naughty treats....I ate so much yesterday but feel really crappy for it today, tired & it's like I can feel the grease in my pores lol.

Also come down with a stupid cold so feeling a bit sorry for myself!

Your dinner looked amazing, there is nothing better than good food & even better company! xx

Tuesday:

Got a stinking cold so feeling a bit sorry for myself. Stupidly took tablets on an empty stomach so I had a naughty breakfast to try & ease the sickness quickly.....it was only cereal & milk but quite a big bowl so I'm guessing around 15 syns? I will count the milk as a hexa but I'm really annoyed with myself because we have a wedding Friday which will be totally off plan :-/

Oh my what a dreadfully off plan week!! Resulting in a 2.5lb gain and a grumpy bloated me :-/

Drawing a line under it and starting afresh from today, got the next wedding on 15th May and I'm determined to lose at least 7lb by then!

D - roast pork with potatoes & vegetables with syn free BBQ sauce. Hexa of cheese on top.

Scales were showing a 1.5lb off from yesterday so maybe my gain from my naughty week wasn't as bad as expected :-/

Amazed by a 3lb loss this morning so got rid of last weeks gain and a bit extra :) I'm over the moon & feeling fabulous!

I've set my final target back to the end of June so I'm giving myself 6 months in total to lose all of the weight I want to. It's still going to be about 1.5lb a week to lose so I will just take it a week at a time.

Off on a 1.5 mile walk with my baby girl later and a few other mummy friends so some excellent body magic in this lovely sunny weather

Will most likely go over 15 syns today as will need a sweet fix after dinner but I've done lots of body magic the last 2 days & I rarely use all my syns every day. So there. Lol
