I've realised the best way for me to do weight watchers is to plan out my meals in advance and then add snacks etc (plus it helps me when I go shopping to realise what I am getting) so if anyone that reads this wonders why I plan so far in advance- this is why now !!

17.12.10-friday-16 points (low again but I REALLY want to lose these 2 pounds for christmas :( )

I just worked out the chicken nugget happy meal to be 6.5 points exclusive of dips?

Total cal for both nuggets and fries = 403kcal
Total sat fat = 2g = 6.5pts
