Hello everyone!

I wanted to make a file on my computer of all my favourite recipies for Slimming World and I thought I may as well do it on here so that I can share them with all of you guys.... coz I am nice like that! :)

Apologies if any of you have already shared these recipies or if they are already on here, some of them are going to be as I have got so many from this site! But like I said wanted to keep them all together, and we are all in this together so I hope you do not mind me posting them again! ;)

Bon Appetit :candledinner:

This first recipie is already on here but had to include it in my recepies as I made them last night and there were YUMMY!
So thank you Sweet Cheeks for the inspiration! :flowers:

1 x egg per pancake
3 x heaped teaspoons of sweetener
4 x drops of vanilla essence

1 - Seperate your egg and put the white and the yolk into seperate bowls.

2 - Hand whisk the egg white until fluffy and then add the sweetener, stir.

3 - Add the vanilla essence to the yolk, stir, and the slowly fold into the egg white.

4 - Spray a frying pan with fry light and when hot add the mixture, spread in the pan as you would a normal pancake.

5 - After a few mins flip over the pancake (be careful as they are more delicate than usual pancakes) and then they are done!

6 - Fill or cover with whatever takes your fancy. My personal favourite is strawberries with a bit more sweetener sprinkled over the top. :)

1 x pot of Quark
1 x small onion
56g/2oz stilton cheese (or any other blue cheese)

Finely chop the onion and place in a bowl. Grate the cheese and add it to the bowl along with the quark. Mix all the ingredients together.

This can be eaten straight away, but if left in the fridge for a few hours the flavour will be much better.

Serve with celery, carrot sticks, apple slices, cherry tomatoes or even syn free chips/wedges - all free foods!
Or with a bag of Ryvita Mini's - 1x healthy B or 5 syns.

Spary them with fry light and place under a hot grill and cook for for 5/6 mins on each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove and keep warm.

5- To assemble the burgers, split the rolls in half and place a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on top of each base. Top with a burger and some of the salsa and serve with the chips and some grated carrot and shredded red lettuce.
