Cafe rouge on SW

In a couple of weeks I'm going out to cafe rouge for a special occassion and would really love to be able to enjoy some food. My favourite is the canembert starter that I'd look to sahre with someone else.

Does anyone know how I can find out how many syns are in the cafe rouge meals?

How do people count syns when they are out?

P.S. I could do green, red or extra easy that day

Don't know if this will be of eny help, because this was on the lunch menu & I'm not sure if it's on the main , but I went in there today and had penne with a tomato sauce mixed with prawns and salmon topped with a little gruyere cheese, probably had a few syns in it for oil, but the cheese would be a HEA & the rest would be free on EE.

Is that what people tend to do then? - judge form the ingredients/description whether its free food or not?
