Just imagine how bad you will feel afterwards - it could spiral into eating other things. I walked into Boots yesterday withe the sole purpose of getting a low carb bar "because I wanted to eat". Got as far as the till, turned back and went and put them back, walked out and actually felt proud of myself.
make a muffing form your CD pack! Better to have 4 packs in one day that sabotage all your good work with a smartie cake............then another, then a small bag of crisps and "oh well i've blown it today anyway so I may as well have a few biscuits" You get the idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!
