Now there's a rave from the grave! Bought this book in San Francisco in 1986, just after losing my weight with CD sole source.

I was very fit at the time, did the whole programme in one go, thought it was easy, and then couldn't walk the next day, I was so stiff! It is fantastic - a development of Pilates, gentle but incredibly effective.

I've still got the book - wonder where the VHS tapes are hiding and whether they'll still work?????
