    Hiya,
I lost over 10 stone a few years ago (sadly regained the lot!!)

After dabbling with WW, CD and a few others decided to start a new calorie counting club on Monday.

Last time I lost weight there was a calorie counting book bought out about this time of year by one of the slimming magazine. I always found it helpful, as it contained branded foods and supermarkets own brands as well.

However I haven't been able to find it - does anybody know if it's still produced?

Or could anybody recommend an alternative book and/or a good website.
    Thanks :)

I dont use a book, I log everything I eat on the Food Focus site. It's free and it's easy to add in your own recipes and foods.
I've tried quite a few sites & FF is the easiest for me to use.

Hey Witchypoo - thanks for the recommendation of that site - I've been looking for something similar and getting nowhere. It looks really useful :)
