Calorie Counting- Losing weight whilst on maternity leave

bteakfast- 2 weetabix,.banana, skimmed milk
lunch- 2 scrambled eggs, brown sauce, 3 ww bread, ww biscuits, ww cake
tea will be- lamb steak, mash, veg, gravy, ww yoghurt
leaving 7 points left for hot choc and/ or a snack in the evening
 
very busy day yesterday with the baby and my physio and chores!
brekkie- 2 weetabix, banana, milk
snack- nutragrain bar
lunch- 2 eggs, brown sauce, 2 ww bread, ww cake, ww biscuits
tea- 2 quorn sausages, mash, beans, ww yog
snack- hoops and crosses, 1 ferrero roche, ww cake, ww hot choc!!! pig out when i finally sat down at 10pm! not good!
 
yes 43 instead of 32. u can gave also 49 extra over the week but i dont lose weight it i eat them all. think its cos im.not mobile i need less cals.

hiya here to join,ive been doing sw for a week but toying with the idea of calorie counting as im scared sw is not encouraging me to eat less.Hoping to lose 4 to 5 stone how have you found ww online? I also have a 7 month old son the reason the weight has piled back on AGAIN! bless him my fault not his lol
 
i tried slimming world a few times. i love the concept but i didnt lose much weight as it doesnt make.me.restrict my portions which is what i need. i love ww online! i cant get to a class as wud have to take my son and his naps are unpredictable..sometimes 1/2 hr sometimes 3! good luck. let me know what u decide to.do x
 
Ive spoken to a few people on here they seem to think sw is best bet for me so might give it another 2 weeks.Im just worried like you said it doesn't curb my portions & if I do have a blow out on bad stuff which I will at some point Im still going to end up needing loads of food to feel full! arggghh its a minefield isn't it.I did rosemary Conley before I got pregnant & lost 3.5 stone so know counting calories works like ww does too.Well they all do if you stick to it xx
