Calories questions?

Enjoying life!
I am just working out some calories. I do have my Rosemary Conley books which are great as they have the cals for all basic foods i.e. meat, fish, dairy, fruit, veg etc...so I will use that as a guide, but I wondered if anyone could advise me better on the approx calories for:

  • a cereal bowl of mixed salad inc: lettuce, rocket, red/white cabbage, 3-4 slices cucumber, 1/2 stick celery, 3 cherry tomatoes, small amount of chopped mixed peppers, 3-4 mange tout, 2-3 raw sliced mushrooms, 1-2 radish

There's also Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople . They can take a bit of setting up but worth it in the end. I get the feeling you'd enjoy the 'data inputting'!!!! :)
