Evening all. Well today I had a portion of chicken chop suey from the chinese, which is basically chicken breast, veg and a bit of sauce. I had it with 1/2 noodles and 1/2 boiled rice. Can anyone tell me how many cals they think is in it? Had 750 cals throughout the rest of the day.
    Cheers x

I don't have a clue but I'm sure I read your average dish from a chinese takeaway can be as high as 800kcal...maybe more?

Looking at some calorie count databases online chop suey does come up as relatively low though - about 300kcal...

Not sure if that's making your own or not though.
