Cambridge bar or single finger time out?!?!

how do them compare and fat, sugar, etc .. not just the calories hon
 
But the time out will have sugar, milk, chocolate and a whole host of other things you shouldnt be having and can affect ketosis. As GG said theres a lot more to look at than just calories.
 
Shanny is right hun - if your going to do this diet you really need to accept that you cant eat. Once you get into ketosis and stay there you won't want that food !! x
 
I would choose the yummy CD chewy bar over a time out bar any time. *sigh* I actually miss the CD bars now, seems like ages since I've had one. :(
