Advise to KLW

Dont think i am the ideal person to be giving advise on sticking to it at the momement. But what i will say is.....
1. You must drink all the shakes no matter what - the shakes are designed to give you all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Skipping them may be less calarories but your body will just go into starvation mode. The shakes help put you into ketosis and trust me you will lose fat.
2. I beleive that day 3, day 4 and day 8 are the worst days - just bear in mind that you can do it and just think how good you will feel when the fat starts to dissapear. Once you get past the first days and are in Ketosis its unbelievable how healthy you begin to feel.
3. Take your mind off the way your feeling - read a book - go for a walk - have a bath - whatever works for you... If all else fails go to bed - remeber its only temporary and you'll feel much better soon.
4. Drink that water - that makes all the difference really.
5. Personaaly i dont have too many soups - not overally keen on the taste compared to hot chocolate or strawberry. Have you veried the shakes your having to find your particular favs?
