Help!!! It is my 10th day. I had been good up til now and spoilt it by eating half a belgian bun with cream! I think I have consumed around 650-700kcals today so I cannot and will not eat anymore tnoight! I am 5'0 and had a starting weight of 12st 13.5lbs, lost 10.5lbs in my first week, and now expecting to lose a fraction of that when it comes to my next weigh in. I drink loads of water, and have hot tea when I feel hungry but I need to just stop cheating!!! ANy words of advice or any help please!!?!?! Want to drop down to at least 10st by June 19th...am off to Miami and want to wear a nice new bikini...if poss! I still have a long way to go! HELPPPP!!!!
