I weigh 13-10 and I'm on SS day 3.... Its been going really well so far but I'm scared to death that I won't stick to it x has anyone else wanted change and was scared like me but succeeding? I've decided to buy my products in blocks of 3 weeks so I'm weighed 3 weekly too. Figured 4 weigh ins before I can start SS+ in 12 weeks time would be easier for me . Especially where I feel so wobbly.
