Hi Weddingdieter, thanks for the reply....so how are you finding the diet so far? I've read that it gets far more tolerable from day 3 - is this the case with you?
I'm meeting with a consultant on Saturday....and tbh I think my main concern at the moment is what flavours to buy. I think I will go for chocolate mint, strawberry and apple and cinnamon porridge.
What are your favourite flavours?
