After reading through threads on this forum,ive seen people have great successes with vlcds,and i was just wondering do they work in shifting the last few pounds,or is it more for people who have 1st + to lose??
I am calorie counting but it is plateauing so would this be healthy or should i just carry on as normal?
I am 5ft 5 and 8st 10 only got 5lbs to go but wanted to do it healthily
Hiya VLCDS are really only for people with a stone or more to lose and over a BMI of 25 your not.
I would say just stick to calorie counting and up the exercise and you will lose 5lbs in no time Just keep going and it will probably just drop off after a few weeks of plateau.
