Can anyone help me urgent???

I got called away yesterday for work, and have just arrived in to what can only be described a nowheresvile to find LT shakes left on the plane:eek:, does anyone have any suggestions of how to get through next three days with minimum of repercutions or am I as i suspect completely gubbed and have to start again from begining???:cry: Really peaved, lost another 5.5lbs last week bringing me to 1st 5lbs lost dont want to undo my HARD WORK!!!!
 
Thanks will give it a try,only been doing LT for 2 wks and found it relatively ok, can't believe I did that!!!! I guess I'll know come weigh it on Friday.x
 
Oh no hun!! If there is nothing you can do then I agree with Fiona. Stick to:

meats/fish/cabbage/cauli/broccoli/aparagus/courgettes/lettuce/toms/spring onions/cucumber/hard cheeses

Avoid like the plague:

Rice/bread/potato/carrots/corn/any sweet things...i.e cakes/desserts

Stick with proteins hun and loads of water, should be ok :)
